My new slogan is "Breath to Easy Jet." But please substitute another word for "breath." It starts with a D.
I would type it out here but I'm sure it would come back to haunt me and I would not be allowed on any more of their flights.
Considering their appalling record of timeliness and customer service, that might not be a bad thing.
My dad once told me, "If you still enjoy business travel, you haven't done it enough." I think I now know what he means.
Just look the person behind the counter in the eye and say, "Easy for whom?"

Really! I am sorely tempted to do that, but I always feel it's not fair to take it out on the messenger. Truly though, last night I busted my tail to get to the airport ... checked in ... was told the flight was 90 minutes delayed. [expletive deleted] They get one more chance, I type as I sit in Luton Airport waiting for the last flight back to Belfast (21:25 -- cross your fingers). Oh well -- the trips are always worth it in the end!
